The library staff may not be able to form coherent sentences soon. But, we are putting books on the shelves as fast as we can. Five HUNDRED boxes were delivered last Thursday (August 25th). On Friday, Mrs. Jarmon brought a crew of six guys to help us out. Thank goodness they did! Boxes were placed EVERYWHERE. We would need three times as long as we do now (and, no, sorry, I don’t have an estimate of opening) if they hadn’t lifted and moved and hauled boxes around. Thank you!!
Also, some students are coming in before school, during lunch, and during their study hall to help stamp new books and shelve the old ones.
We will let you all know when we are open. It won’t be this week but we are moving in the right direction.
